The Maria Theresia Residential Counselor is the person who guides you with patience and empathy through the entire process — from the first conversation to settling into our center.
How Can the Residential Counselor Help You?
Case Assessment
They will learn about the health status and needs of your loved one to recommend the most suitable care plan.
Admission Guidance
They will walk you step by step through the admission process: required documents, multidisciplinary assessment, and the 30-day adjustment period.
Center Visit
They will schedule a visit to our center so you can see the rooms, facilities, and meet the care team.
Service Information
They will explain in detail the available service packages, from independent residents to specialized care.
Family Support
They will maintain contact with the family throughout the stay, providing regular updates on the resident's condition.
Medical Rehabilitation
They will advise you on neurological or trauma rehabilitation programs, including short-term admission.

How to request an offer?
Every person is unique. Contact us by phone or email, and our residential counselor will guide you through the entire process.
A multidisciplinary team consisting of a doctor, head nurse, caregiver, center manager, psychologist, and social worker will conduct a comprehensive assessment.
Visit schedule
Recommended schedule: zilnic intre orele 11:00-13:00.
