Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to web accessibility for all users
Last updated: 7 May 2026
1. Conformance status
ENROM MANAGEMENT MT S.R.L. commits to making this website accessible in accordance with Romanian Law no. 232/2022 transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications.
This website is in partial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
"Partial conformance" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. The non-conforming items are listed in section 2 below.
2. Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not fully accessible:
2.1. Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Embedded maps — Google Maps iframes used on contact pages may not be fully navigable by screen readers; we provide the address as text and Waze / Uber deep links as fallback.
- Some PDF documents published before May 2026 (e.g., archived contracts, regulatory annexes) may not have been generated with full tagging for screen readers.
- Third-party widgets (cookie banner via CookieHub, embedded YouTube videos) follow the accessibility level provided by the third party and may have minor focus-trap or contrast issues outside our direct control.
- Some decorative images may use generic alt text. We are progressively improving these descriptions; report any specific issue and we will fix it within 30 days.
2.2. Disproportionate burden
Currently, no content is excluded from accessibility on the basis of disproportionate burden as defined in Article 5 of Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
2.3. Content not within the scope of the applicable legislation
- Office file formats (PDF, DOCX) published before 23 September 2018 unless their content is needed for active administrative processes.
- Pre-recorded time-based media published before 23 September 2020.
- Live time-based media (live streams).
- Content from third parties that is neither funded nor developed by, nor under the control of, our organization.
3. Accessibility features we have implemented
Our site includes an accessibility widget available in the bottom-left corner of every page. It offers 9 quick profiles for users with specific needs (vision, dyslexia, motor, color blindness, epilepsy, ADHD and others) and over 35 individual settings for fine-grained customization of the browsing experience.
How to activate accessibility
Press the button with the universal accessibility symbol in the bottom-left corner of the screen, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + A. Settings are saved automatically and apply across all site pages.
- 9 quick profiles — senior, vision impairment, dyslexia, cognitive, motor, blind, color blindness, epilepsy, ADHD.
- Content adjustments — text size (4 levels via CSS zoom), letter / line / word spacing, dyslexic-friendly font, bold text, animation pause, blink stop, image hide, larger touch targets.
- Color & contrast — smart contrast (auto-lifts text only where WCAG 4.5:1 fails), 9 color modes (high contrast, dark, monochrome for color blindness, low saturation for epilepsy, sepia, inverted).
- Navigation aids — big cursor, big focus indicator, reading mask, reading guide, skip-to-content, numbered headings, section markers, double-click prevention, page structure modal.
- Tools — read-aloud via Web Speech API with RO+EN voice picker, browser spell-check toggle.
- Keyboard shortcut — Ctrl + Shift + A opens / closes the panel from anywhere on the site.
- Settings persistence — preferences are saved locally on your device and apply automatically on every visit.
